Kill the Doubt

The presidential election has been a crazy thing to watch and regardless of what side of the presidential election you were found there are key lessons to be learned.  On November 8th as we watched the results pour in from the key rust belt states it was incredible and frankly surreal.  So there are many reasons why Trump won, but ultimately I believe it was ability to kill the doubt throughout the election that made the difference.

Let's all be real even if you love and support Trump he said some foolish things like when he was fighting with a former miss universe and the parents of the muslim soldier who gave his life for our country, we can all agree those things as well as his Entertainment tonight tape would have been campaign killers for all other candidates so how did Trump overcome it?  He was so focused on killing the doubts that anyone had.

When asked if he was worried his chances for winning had disintegrated he exclaimed they would absolutely win, he claimed he would win Florida, Ohio, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, feats that had not been accomplished in decades.  When asked about polls showing him losing he would not entertain the doubt for a second instead saying that he was connecting well with blue collar workers and was doing very well.

The ability to be unreasonable and not entertain those doubts is huge and counts for something and is a key to why he won.  Kill the doubt in your own life regarding your goals and your odds for success increase dramatically!
